This was one of my best conversions and paint jobs up until a point. I built this model while living in Ottawa and I think I won some local painting contests with it. It is well painted but after I returned to Victoria to go back to school I changed my style. I ultimately did add some tiny lines and other fine detail work to make it even better and match the more recently painted Nurgle miniatures I've done.
In the current Death Guard Codex Nurgle can not have bikes, but I think in the Chaos Legions Codex they can. I will update my army once again to use the current rule but after I get through with all the Death Guard I want to paint, I'll probably add daemons before adding non-Nurgle models. I plan to go old school, lots of foot slogging plaguemarines in this edition of Warhammer 40,000. This assumes I can paint two gangs for two different GW skirmish games and keep my painting mojo going for a whole year or more.
