My first rock show, definitely the first show I ever saw in a bar. The bar has changed names several times now, it used to be called Harpo's back in the day. This was coolest shirt of the bunch I guess when I bought it, either that or it was the only one. The lettering is starting to flake off, but it's still a cool shirt. I went and saw Matthew again at Another Roadside Attraction, he seems to have become less popular and I saw a greatest hits package for him now, which is a bad sign. I maintained then and I maintain it today, Girlfriend was the best album that year, which was apparently 1991, but this shirt is for an EP that came out after the album so that would have been 1994. For the record I was born in January of 1976.
